1-2 tomatoes’
1 garlic clove (optional)
1/4 piece of red pepper

Benefits
Beets- This root vegetable is an amazing powerhouse. They cleanse the blood and liver, are high in vitamin A, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Beets are high in the amino acid betaine which has anti-cancer properties. They also contain the antioxidant betacynin which can increase the oxygen carrying ability of the blood by up to 400% helping to increase energy levels. AMAZING!
Carrots – Pure health in a glass! Just 8 oz of carrot juice packs 800% of your daily rec. for beta carotene! Great for your eye’s, skin, purifying the liver and aiding constipation. They also provide calcium, potassium and other trace minerals. Drinking just the right amount of carrot juice can also give you a nice golden glow, but too much can turn you a bit orange :).
Tomatoes – Study’s have shown that drinking a glass of tomato juice a day can reduce inflammation. High in lycopene, which is what gives tomatoes their red color, tomatoes help to lower the risk of certain cancers. Also high in Vit A & C which are great for fighting free radicals. Tomatoes contain important nutrients, such as niacin, folate and vitamin B6.
Cucumber – A wonderful source of hydration and restorative phytonutrients. They are amazing for the skin with there large amounts of Vit. C, K, and potassium as well as silica, a compound needed for healthy connective tissue.
Celery – A great source of vitamins A, C, complex, and E, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium.
Garlic – If you need a little immune boosting, I say add that garlic clove to your juice. Garlic has long been used medicinally for colds and as a purgative, because of its antibiotic properties.
Red Peppers – High in vitamins A & C, potassium, and calcium.
Whether you overindulged or not, this juice is a true health tonic. Enjoy it at your next brunch, or Sunday morning breakfast with that special someone. I promise you wont be disappointed and don’t be surprised if you start craving more!
Drink to your HEALTH!
