Recipe

1/2 Beet

2 carrots

1 cucumber

1 celery stalks (plus celery for garnish)

1-2  tomatoes’

1 garlic clove (optional)

1/4 piece of red pepper

Feed all into your juicer, stir add a celery stock for garnish and drink to your HEALTH.

Beets- This root vegetable is an amazing powerhouse. They cleanse the blood and liver, are high in vitamin A, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.  Beets are high in the amino acid betaine which has anti-cancer properties. They also contain the antioxidant betacynin which can increase the oxygen carrying ability of the blood by up to 400% helping to increase energy levels. AMAZING!

Carrots – Pure health in a glass! Just 8 oz of carrot juice packs 800% of your daily rec. for beta carotene! Great for your eye’s, skin, purifying the liver and aiding constipation. They also provide calcium, potassium and other trace minerals. Drinking just the right amount of carrot juice can also give you a nice golden glow, but too much can turn you a bit orange :).
