Here’s what you need:

1 banana mashed, 2 eggs lightly beaten, 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology, 1 tbsp. coconut flour, 4 tbsp. almond milk (or milk of choice), 2 tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt, pecans and banana slices for garnish (optional)

Here’s what you do:

Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a bowl and mix to combine. Heat your pan on medium and coat with cooking spray (I prefer Traders Joes, coconut oil spray). Pour mix into pan and cook on one side until bubbles appear then flip. Top with pecans and banana slices and serve with pure maple syrup(these pancakes are so yummy you can also just eat them plain).

*This recipe will make you about 4-5 pancakes depending on the size you make yours.

*This is just one of the yummy dishes you can enjoy on my health and fitness programs.
