Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall is upon us and so is the endless supply of pumpkin EVERYTHING! Who can say, “Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte!!”. Why not avoid the unnecessary expense and extra calories & try this clean  lightened up version of your favorite fall treat! Who says you can’t enjoy the treats of fall and still fit into your skinny jeans!

What you’ll need:

8oz. almond milk, 2 oz. cold brew coffee or shot of espresso, 11/2 tsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, a few dashes of pumpkin spice, 1/4 tsp maca powder (optional), 1 tsp. coconut oil

Warm all ingredients together either in a sauce pan over medium heat or in the microwave. Once hot transfer to your blend and pulse for a few seconds to create a cream frothy foam. Pour into your favorite mug and ENJOY!!
